Too much you have said off over there. Chumma you got time means you have to put off words aa? What is your point? :-]

@Gunmaster: Saar, I did not say Floyd en all were overrated. Someone put that off. I always put taalam in Floyd concert. Very few sankeerna chaapu songs are there in Floyd. That is one major drawback in their compositions. :-]Mohan Krishnamoorthy : :https://www.blogger.com/profile/04134738096860402373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17123057.post-22066112360238126532012-06-10T00:25:54.920+09:302012-06-10T00:25:54.920+09:30#BossUShutUpOk What is all this about Pink Floyd b...#BossUShutUpOk What is all this about Pink Floyd being overrated? This is what happens when Carnatic fellows go after rock musicians and try to put thaalam to Sweet Child of Mine.Gunmaster_g9noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17123057.post-44230409603888902412012-06-09T14:02:30.203+09:302012-06-09T14:02:30.203+09:30These are the perils of 'freedom of speech'...These are the perils of 'freedom of speech' :P What would be nice to have is a "Rating for Dummies" book as part of state board, CBSE and every other board's syllabus (under moral science where we waste the period making paper rockets, playing raja mantri chor sipaahi, FLAMES and constructing that four pronged device from paper that tells you your character).

We make fun of judges on TV shows these days (and yes, some of them are quite strange) but at the end of the day, it's a tough job b/c there is a LOT of talent out there. And to rate that is a hard task.

While it is easy to cull what from chaff, the issue is when that process is repeated to find THE best person out there, the boundary 'chaff' and wheat' becomes virtually indistinguishable. And that's where 'rating' becomes very subjective. Do we really need to do that? Why can't we say "hey, here are the top 10 ppl out 100000". These are ALL Indian Idols or whatever and leave it at that. What's the peevish obsession with THE best?

Ajit.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17123057.post-18278012560141090882012-06-09T07:27:28.327+09:302012-06-09T07:27:28.327+09:30It looks like there are many ‘empty seats’ and man...It looks like there are many ‘empty seats’ and many ‘one fellows’ in a music concert.

May be you look like a person with whom one would want to share their opinions. Not everyone inherits such friendly physical appearance.
If everyone shares the same music taste, then expansion of music genre may not occur.

Difference in opinions should exist for different style to appear

If everyone agrees to everything, then innovation will get suppressed

An argument need not have a conclusion; it could be left with ‘no final note’

When one had reached the saturation point, stirring their interest to make them admire and appreciate new talents and abilities are not practical
Since you end up being in the wrong crowd in any concert, you may want to find a place among the so called ‘Unsaturated communities’ who are willing to take in new things or sit at home, listen to a concert recordings peacefully.Frocks and Skirtsnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17123057.post-64518649932988526212012-06-09T04:50:16.354+09:302012-06-09T04:50:16.354+09:30Allo boss, post writing all ok only but first you ...Allo boss, post writing all ok only but first you tell this.

If you take the arohana in kalyani raagam, avarohana in sindhubhairavi and then fuse in atana raagam.
